We measure, set targets and report every year in six areas.
Solar power plant, LED lighting, automation-controlled heating and cooling, and daily consumption tracking.
Low-flow fixtures, drip irrigation, leak monitoring, and towel and linen changes on request.
Separation at source, removal of single-use plastics, bulk products and licensed disposal.
Local producers, ISO 14001-certified suppliers and a food waste reduction policy.
Employee rights, training, awareness of violence against women and child protection, and a sales space for local women producers.
Turkish Night and Turkish Cuisine Week, support for the excavations at the ancient city of Amos, and a donation for the Mediterranean monk seal.
